Le Jardin at Estérel, designed as a French garden patio, is an extension of Estérel Restaurant’s indoor space and features many breathtaking appointments including contemporary lighting and fountains, a Provençal inspired herb garden, colorful seating ideal for alfresco afternoon and evening dining, and an expansive driftwood bar that will be permanently installed outside with a “living wall” of plants backdrop. A flowered trellis that sits over a table for two within the Le Jardin at Estérel space will serve as the ultimate dining experience for couples.
THE AVIARY, AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
For those looking for a more secluded dining experience, The Aviary, located within Estérel Restaurant, is ideal for private cocktail parties or sit-down dinners for 20 to 50 guests. Its unique environment includes bird cages that are beautifully suspended overhead, providing a conversation-starting environment where guests can dine under the sky and enjoy cocktails with access to their own private bar.

It's time to enjoy the wonderful flavors of Winter! As Summer is over, our Executive Chef Pete Manfredini dips into his Italian roots and comes up with some new recipes more flavorful than ever. Using strong fall tastes like truffle and garlic and seasonal ingredients from root vegetables to squash, Esterel's new menu reconnects with its Mediteranean legacy, with emblematic dishes including the delicious Ciopino, the daring Tuna Putanesca and the revisited classic Mushroom Risotto. Enjoy these new creations in our comfy mustard yellow booths or among the flowers of our Garden Patio!

Also included are French press coffee and Juices. 6:30am - 11:30am, weekdays and 6:30am - 12:00pm, weekends.

Raised by his grandparents just outside Chicago, Chef Pete Manfredini began his culinary journey at the young age of six. With the desire to teach self-sufficiency Manfredini’s grandfather began teaching him how to cook and by the time he turned 11, Manfredini had earned his first job at a local Italian tavern.
Manfredini further developed his culinary skills and passion for cuisine through his travels, living in various culinary capitals across the U.S. and the World including Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago and Italy. Manfredini also spent in Napa Valley, where he worked at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and was mentored by several renowned chefs. It was here where he also perfected his own Tuscan version of the southern Italian specialty - fig salami. Such experimentation is common for Manfredini, who does not shy away from testing out new recipes such as his duck and goose prosciutto and blue cheese butter.
While influenced by various cultures and cuisines including Cajun, Creole and French, Chef Manfredini defines his personal cooking style as “Mediterranean” and often incorporates cooking essentials such as onions, garlic, leeks, bacon and olive oil into his dishes. Manfredini continues to look forward to blending his techniques and specialties with the local, organically grown produce and sustainably raised organic meat that California cuisine is known for. Chef Manfredini brings his unique touch and exceptional Italian culinary skills to our hotel’s signature California French restaurant Esterel.
