Estérel Restaurant is celebrating its first full-on revamp!
Our signature restaurant opens its dining areas with a vibrant remodel designed by the Xperiment USA hospitality team that includes two unique and colorful new spaces: “Le Jardin” and “The Aviary”.
With its new color theme as well as its new design and decoration, Estérel Restaurant now offers guests a complete range of dining options, from the French garden patio outdoor aperitif in Le Jardin to the private cocktail party in the magic and timeless atmosphere of the Aviary. In keeping with that refresh, Estérel offers a splendid fresh and seasonal cuisine, capturing the culinary soul of the Mediterranean. Using locally sourced and organic ingredients, Chef Boroda masterfully blends French and California cuisines into one that is uniquely his own at Estérel Restaurant.
A NEW LOOK
Inside Estérel Restaurant, rustic, wide plank mahogany floors lead guests toward mustard-colored semi-circle high-backed booths that frame the restaurant. Deep blue walls are adorned with a collection of female portraits. White linen curtains add a beautiful contrast to the lush greenery and decorate the spacious 2,732 square-foot dining room. Additionally, guests will be able to view the exhibition kitchen and watch food being prepared in a wood-burning oven and sip on cocktails created by Ferrari Watts, Riviera 31 Lounge Bar’s resident mixologist. Two gorgeously outfitted private dining rooms overlook the main dining room with seating capacity for up to 15 people each, one of which is called “the chef’s table”, where groups can enjoy custom-prepared chef tasting menus presented by Executive Chef Boroda .
We are proud to support our ranchers and farmers who provide us with compassionately raised meats and sustainably farmed produces. Estérel sources local ingredients from Santa Monica Farmers Market, Hollywood Farmers Market, Petaluma Farms, K&M Grass-Fed Meats, and more.
